OptimaFlow Wholesale B2B
Our own Shopify app — customer-tag wholesale tiers, minimum orders, and a price-integrity check that reads back what the storefront actually charges.

( N°001 ) — The challenge

The obstacles
( N°002 ) — What made it hard
Wholesale pricing has to hold from product page to cart to checkout — a discount that appears in the cart and evaporates at payment is a support ticket at best.
Themes, Markets and POS each price differently, so the same tier has to behave across all three.
Editing theme files to show trade pricing leaves the merchant unable to update their theme.
The solution.
( N°003 ) — What we shipped
Tiers driven by Shopify customer tags — discount, minimum quantity and minimum order per tier, set in the admin.
Pricing applied by a Shopify Function so it survives to checkout, with a POS extension so tiers apply at the till as well as online.
A price-integrity check that records the price observed at each surface, and a storefront compatibility audit run before setup — theme app embeds only, no theme files edited.
