By using optimaflow.id or engaging OptimaFlow for services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Services
We provide digital agency services — SEO, web design & development, e-commerce growth, and AI automation. Scope, timelines, and deliverables for paid work are defined in a separate written agreement per project.
Intellectual property
Site content and our own tooling remain our property. Work products delivered to a client transfer per the terms of that project's agreement.
Liability
The site and free resources are provided as-is, without warranty. Our liability for paid engagements is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
